David
Robertson
has cooked in fine kitchens all over the world, a short list would
include Canada, New York, Switzerland, Australia, and Ireland.
David was a member of Team BC competing at the World Apprentice
Competition in Toronto in 1996. In 2000 he competed in Basel,
Switzerland.
In
addition to being a passionate and talented chef, David has a
passion for the world and it’s people. In 2001 David did
a YWAM Discipleship Training School in Perth, Australia. A year
later he traveled New Zealand with a YWAM reconciliation outreach,
visiting natives to ask forgiveness for past hurts. David is currently
the Sous Chef at Vancouver’s celebrated Chambar. |
