Beginning with Ethiopia and then returning to assemble the first book, the team will then more seriously pursue several distribution opportunities and begin planning the second in the series.

Future books will likely include India, Thailand, Nepal, Indonesia, Vietnam & Cambodia, West Africa, Peru, Guatemala, and others.

Tribal Cookbooks is now looking to connect with publishers and a charity/ngo interested in partnering in this project.
